The walk will begin at Musselburgh East Community Centre, Musselburgh on Friday 1 September. Registration 10 am, for a 10.30 am start.

Join us for East Lothian’s 4^th Big Fit Walk, organised in partnership by Ageing Well and CHANGES, and running in conjunction with the Walking Festival which is happening between 27 Aug and 3 Sept.

What is the Big Fit Walk?

The aim of the Big Fit Walk campaign is simple. Get more people in Scotland walking more often.

Each year, the Big Fit Walk supports communities, schools, groups and workplaces across Scotland to organise their own walk and experience the physical, mental and social benefits of being active.

No booking is required. Everyone is welcome to attend!
