Service Information
Beat exists to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. They are a champion, guide and friend to anyone affected, giving individuals experiencing an eating disorder and their loved ones a place where they feel listened to, supported and empowered.
Support Services
Helplines
The helpline services provide support and information 365 days a year. Call Beat’s Helpline on 0808 801 0677 or 0808 801 0711 for the Youthline.
Online Support Groups
Chat with other recoverees and carers in one of Beat’s chat rooms. Sessions involve a mix of themed discussion and general conversation.
One-to-one Web Chat
Use our secure instant messaging service to speak directly with Beat’s advisors.
