Breathing Space offers confidential listening support, from where experienced advisors who will listen and provide information and advice.

Monday – Thursday
6:00 pm – 2:00 am

Friday – Sunday/Monday
6:00 pm – 6:00 am

The service is open when other supports such as family, friends or a GP may not be available. You can speak about what’s on your mind or ask about helpful resources in your area. The service is confidential and anonymous and none of your conversation is recorded. It is designed to be a private, safe space to talk.
