If you’re currently serving or have served in the UK Armed Forces, you can call Combat Stress’ 24-hour mental health helpline.
Service Description
A team of specially-trained professionals are available day and night to provide free confidential advice and support. The team can support you if you’re having trouble sleeping, experiencing flashbacks, feeling depressed or anxious, or just feeling that something isn’t quite right.
If you’re a family member or carer worried about the mental health of a loved one, or need to talk to someone yourself, you can call the helpline too.
The helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
