STRiVE’s Community Link Workers are non-medical staff and work alongside GP’s and other health professionals to assist and enable a positive path to support people with challenges within people’s life.

The Community Link Workers help people engage with relevant organisations, community groups, advisory services and voluntary organisations relevant to the person’s needs.
STRiVE’s Community Support and Wellbeing service is based in the Riverside GP Surgery, Musselburgh.
