Crossreach Counselling Services
Workplace counselling can boost the mental health, emotional wellbeing and productivity of employees.
Sometimes life presents us with challenging situations that leave us feeling overwhelmed. Work may be the cause of these problems, or our performance at work may suffer because of them. Either way, talking, offloading and exploring issues with a specialist workplace counsellor can have huge benefits.
Crossreach offers a dedicated workplace counselling programme called Confidential Conversations.
If you’re an employee, Confidential Conversations offers you a way to access professional and impartial counselling in a neutral, private setting.
If you’re an employer, Confidential Conversations helps you to fulfil your responsibility to look after the health and wellbeing of your staff. It can be offered as part of a wider Employment Assistance Programme (EAP).

If you’re going through a difficult time, Crossreach counsellors are trained to help you explore your feelings and experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
Appointments are usually weekly and last up to 60 minutes. A counsellor will discuss the day, time and frequency of these sessions with you when we first meet.
There’s no fixed charge for counselling, but we do ask for a weekly donation for your counselling at whatever level you can afford.
CrossReach Counselling Lothians has gained COSCA Recognition and adheres to COSCA’s Statement of Ethics and Code of Practice. All our counsellors and psychotherapists are either qualified or in the process of gaining their qualification.
