Experience of Trauma Collective Advocacy Project

CAPS Independent Advocacy’s Experience of Trauma Project aims to bring together people who have experienced trauma and have a collective voice to create change.

Service Description

The group decides what it wants to do (it is experience-led) and has a CAPS staff member to enable/facilitate its decisions.

This year the group has been focussing on Adverse Childhood Experiences – ACE. They have attended conferences, and are designing lived experience information sessions.
