Bridges Project

Bridges Project provides a wide range of flexible, tailored and person-centred one-to-one and group services to disadvantaged, disengaged and isolated young people aged 12-25. Young people access support to transition from adolescence to young adulthood and adult responsibilities and reach their full potential.

All services fall under the following categories:
-Education
-Employability
-Independent Living
-Mental Health and Wellbeing
