Who is this for?

  • Women who are currently experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or low self-worth, at risk of or are using unhealthy coping mechanisms like alcohol, prescription drugs, food, or self-harming. Women should be in a stable place to commit to the programme.

This workshop provides skills and techniques, through wellbeing workshops that enable women to make the positive changes required to help them lead healthier and happier lives.

Anam Cara is a registered Scottish charity supporting woman whose aim is to improve their emotional well-being. Anam Cara was developed by women who recognised a gap in services to provide a lived experience approach to supporting women’s emotional well- being.
