Description

Live Well East Lothian offers gentle movement and exercise classes for those living with or recovering from chronic long-term conditions or events, or even for those just wishing to improve general stability and fitness whilst increasing social connectedness.

Our classes are held throughout East Lothian, and online, and are tiered based on participant conditions and capabilities, ensuring everyone is fully supported to get the most out of their session, with plenty of tips to take away and integrate at home

Live Well aim to help all their members live well, regardless of their medical condition.

How do I access this?

  • People can self – refer into our service by calling or emailing us and completing the registration document.
  • Healthcare professionals can also refer their patients in by completing our referral form, which can be downloaded or available on request by email/phone call.
