Description
Changes believes in positive mental health and wellbeing for everyone. As a charity, Changes is here to help the community of East Lothian to achieve and maintain positive mental health and wellbeing through a wide range of services and activities. Changes provides support for a wide range of challenges, including stress, panic, low mood, low self-esteem, anxiety, worry, depression, and negative thinking.
Our Support Groups and Courses are friendly, welcoming, and inclusive and offer opportunities to meet new people, get active and get involved in the local community.
Wellbeing Activities are currently running both on Zoom and face-to-face:
- Nurture by Nature – a series of nature-based groups and activities
- Boxercise
- Ukulele for Beginners
- Wellbeing Walks including Nordic Walking
- Cycling
- Tai Chi
