Changes believes in positive mental health and wellbeing for everyone. As a charity, Changes is here to help the community of East Lothian to achieve and maintain positive mental health and wellbeing through a wide range of services and activities. Changes provides support for a wide range of challenges, including stress, panic, low mood, low self-esteem, anxiety, worry, depression, and negative thinking.

Our Support Groups and Courses are friendly, welcoming, and inclusive and offer opportunities to meet new people, get active and get involved in the local community.
