Description

The Intensive Home Treatment Team (IHTT) offers a service for individuals who are experiencing mental health crisis/risk to the extent that the referrer feels they require an urgent mental health assessment.

The assessment looks at your immediate concerns/needs, and a plan of care is agreed upon. Assessments are tailored to include families/carer’s concerns, as well as your needs, utilising the recovery framework in which each individual hopes strengths and skills would be considered.

The team works collaboratively with partner agencies that may be better able to meet the your needs in longer-term.
