Counselling: Short-term counselling (Changes East Lothian)

Who is this for?

  • Short-term counselling: people aged 16 years old and over

Who provides this?

  • Changes East Lothian

Description

Talk through your concerns in a confidential space. Counselling can help you express how you feel and support you to make sense of this.

It can help you accept or shift unpleasant feelings and support you to make your own decisions about what you want to do now or in the future.

Before starting counselling we will offer a counselling consultation with one of our therapists, they will talk through what you can expect from counselling and find out more about what you hope to gain from the service.
