Description

SEASONS is a service for adults who wish to access support and activities for the benefit of their mental wellbeing.

SEASONS offers regular phone contact on Wednesday evenings and in-person activities in various community spaces outdoor activities include nature walks, visits to RBGE and  Lochend Secret Garden and indoor activities cinema, gallery and museum trips, usually on Wednesday afternoons. SEASONS offers in person support for group members at Lochend Neighbourhood Centre on Sundays between 12 and 2pm, but request that people don’t attend if they have cold or flu-like symptoms or an unusual cough.
