The Ageing Well project promotes healthy lifestyles for people over 50 in East Lothian. The project is a partnership between NHS Lothian and East Lothian Council. The Ageing Well project aims to maintain and promote the physical and mental health, wellbeing and quality of life for people over 50 in East Lothian through a list of activities.

Description

Simple yoga collaborates with Ageing Well East Lothian to deliver specially tailored gentle yoga classes for people over 50.

Yoga has countless health benefits and it is completely safe and suitable for everyone regardless of age, physical ability and fitness level.

These classes are focused on slow movements, gentle stretching and basic relaxation techniques to gain strength, flexibility and relieve stress.
