Description

Support4Tomorrow provides tailored support packages to young people to help them cope with the mental health effects of the Covid-19 pandemic including social isolation and anxiety. The service provides an effective casework service designed to help young people manage the transition to adult responsibilities by establishing their needs and assisting them to acquire the skills required for managing everyday life. Young people are encouraged to be involved in the design of their support package working towards the development of strategies for personal competence and resilience.
