Who provides this?

The Ageing Well project promotes healthy lifestyles for people over 50 in East Lothian. The project is a partnership between NHS Lothian and East Lothian Council.The Ageing Well project aims to maintain and promote the physical and mental health, wellbeing and quality of life for people over 50 in East Lothian through a list of activities.


Dust off your dancing shoes and come join Ageing Well.

You can come along as an individual, with a friend, or even take your spouse or partner – all are welcome to attend!

Dust off your dancing shoes and come join us on the last Wednesday of each month at the North Berwick Rugby Club, 2 pm – 3:30 pm.

Dates: 25 January 2023, 22 February 2023, 29 March 2023, 26 April 2023, 31 May 2023.
