Wellbeing Scotland offers a range of support to people whose adverse life circumstances have had any impact on their wellbeing.

It offers:

  • counselling
  • advocacy
  • befriending
  • groups
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) art therapy and play therapy

Wellbeing Scotland employs specialist trauma therapists for people who have experienced trauma and counsellors for people who have experienced mental health difficulties.
