The Queen Margaret University “Involvement Network Database” is now live

02 July 2024

The School of Health Sciences at Queen Margaret University (QMU) is excited to invite individuals and organisations to become part of our Involvement Network Database. This initiative seeks people with lived experience of accessing services, being carers, or having first hand experiences in everyday life.

By joining our network, you will have the chance to contribute to the development of our professional healthcare programs in various ways. Your involvement will play a crucial role in shaping the education and training of future healthcare professionals.

While participation is generally honorary (unpaid), we are actively exploring opportunities for paid involvement and will keep you informed of any such opportunities. Additionally, we will cover your travel expenses and provide refreshments for your participation.

At QMU, we deeply value the input of people with lived experience. Your insights and experiences are essential in influencing the issues that matter most to you. This collaboration ensures that our healthcare programs are relevant and effective, ultimately benefiting the future healthcare workforce.

Your knowledge and experiences will directly inform teaching, learning, and assessment across our healthcare programs. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare education and practice.

We warmly invite you to partner with us and help shape the future of healthcare. Join our Involvement Network today and be a part of this important initiative.
