Wellbeing Resource Hub at East Lothian Community Hospital

Are you seeking mental health and wellbeing support in East Lothian? Look no further than the Wellbeing Resource Hub, a welcoming drop-in service hosted by NHS Adult Mental Health, alongside key partners including Changes, Psychological Therapies, Citizens Advice Bureau and East Lothian Works.

The Wellbeing Resource Hub is open to adults (18+) interested in learning about mental health resources for themselves or others. Whether you’re looking to enhance your own wellbeing or support a loved one, our team is here to help.

Taking place every Wednesday from 12-2pm in the East Lothian Community Hospital foyer. No appointment necessary!

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Mental Health and Wellbeing Support: Directing you to psychological and wellbeing support offered in NHS and community including therapy, groups or social activities
  • Welfare and Financial Advice: Signposting you to support for financial issues including benefits, debt, housing issues, legal problems and employment advice
  • Employment Guidance: Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, an Employability Officer is available to offer expert advice on jobs, training and skills development
