World Mental Health Day 2023
29 September 2023
Every year, on October 10, we come together to celebrate World Mental Health Day.
The day is all about shining a light on mental health issues and pushing for positive changes in how we approach our mental wellbeing.
Every year, the World Mental Health Foundation sets a theme. This year it’s “Mental health is a universal human right.” Simply meaning, no matter who you are or where you’re from, you have every right to good mental health.
World Mental Health Day gives us a chance to spread the word about mental health and why it matters. It’s a time to have those important conversations about taking care of our mental health and reaching out for support when we’re facing challenges.
